Cast iron skillets require proper seasoning with oil or fat to create a non-stick surface. If your skillet is not adequately seasoned or if you're not using enough fat or oil when cooking eggs, they are more likely to stick.
Eggs are delicate and can easily stick to the skillet if cooked at too high a temperature. It's best to cook eggs over medium to medium-low heat in a cast iron skillet to prevent sticking.
